Painted Rain Barrel Program

Voting Contest and Auction

We have joined forces with Lafayette Utilities System & Lafayette Consolidated Government to facilitate a painted rain barrel contest. Barrels purchased by our organization are given to schools where they are are painted. The eco-themed barrels are then posted for community voting and an auction. Proceeds from the auction will be divided between BVPA and participating schools and used for green projects.
